Saloukee is a luxury brand designing sculpted jewellery, made in paper. Saloukee's creative director Sarah Kelly graduated from Loughborough University with a first class honours degree in 3D design, Silversmithing and Jewellery in 2005. She began her career freelancing in London, Paris and Amsterdam and designed jewellery worn by the likes of Angelina Jolie. It wasn't until 2008, that she followed her creative dream and set up her own design business.
Since 2008, the Saloukee brand has grown from strength to strength with Sarah continuing to create innovative jewellery, designed, sourced and made in the UK. Many of the jewellery pieces include several hundred hand pressed rivets, intricate laser cutting and self-taught paper folding techniques. Through the folding, riveting and laser cutting methods, she creates 'talking point' jewellery, which is showcased, collected and receives press worldwide.
