Saloukee paper jewellery is made as art jewellery and though of course it will never be as invincible as metal jewellery, we want you to be able to wear your chosen item, over and over again. Due to its precious nature, customers should be aware that the jewellery will need just a little bit of extra T.L.C.
What happens if it rains?
The Saloukee jewellery available on our online shop is protected using a moisture-resistant sealant which allows the jewellery to be splash and moisture proof. However, the jewellery is not waterproof and we would still recommend keeping all items safe from the rain, your bath time and the washing up!
How should I store my jewellery?
Saloukee jewellery needs just an extra bit of tender loving care and to help you with this, every item comes packaged in its very own Saloukee box, with care label. We would recommend that your jewellery is carefully placed back in this, (away from other non-paper jewellery) after each wear and ensure it is stored in a dry place at all times.
What happens if my jewellery gets damaged or I need a replacement?
Saloukee jewellery is there to love, long term and not just for treats, birthdays, Christmas' and wedding anniversaries. We've come up with a paper and polish service to replace the paper element of your earrings, rings, pendants or cufflinks (choose a new colour if you wish) and polish up the silver, before sending it back to you for your wearing pleasure.
